We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that once the label is created and handed over to USPS the package and delivery are unfortunately out of our hands. Any claims or delays will need to be addressed with USPS. We highly recommend adding "Signature on Delivery" at checkout to prevent package theft. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
